Create Name Badges for Any Occasion

Every template, the full editor, CSV import and PDF or PNG downloads are free for up to 500 people, with no account or payment details needed. Your downloads have no watermark or added credit line, so you can print them exactly as you designed them.

Your names, spreadsheets, photos and logos are processed on your device without being uploaded, and your design autosaves in this browser. Export a design file to keep an editable backup, because browser storage cannot recover a design after you clear it or move to another device.

Choose Avery 5395 adhesive badges, Avery 74459 inserts, generic 4 x 3 or 3 x 4 inserts, compact badges, CR80 cards or 4 x 6 credentials, with additional layouts for small staff tags and business cards. Match the layout to your actual stock or holder dimensions, then check the alignment test on plain paper before printing.

Save your Excel or Google Sheets list as CSV, open it in the People panel and match columns such as name, title, company and group. You can import up to 500 people from a file of up to 2 MB without providing an email address.

Add a Group column with values such as Speaker, Staff and Attendee to give each role its own accent color. You can choose custom colors and labels for three groups, while any additional roles receive automatic colors.

Enable auto-fit on the name text to reduce its size when a longer name needs more room, while shorter names keep the size you chose. Preview your longest names and company names before printing, then widen the text box or shorten an entry if it becomes difficult to read.

You can browse templates and preview badges on a phone, while a tablet or computer gives you more room to edit text, position a logo and import a list. Print the exported PDF from a computer where you can select 100% scale and check the paper settings.
